Shipping Info

Flat shipping and handling charge of US$4.99 applies to all orders shipped globally, including US, Canada, UK, etc. Orders will be shipped from an overseas factory, and the normal delivery time will be 7 business days. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer.

Out Of Stock Items

Sometimes products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. There are no refund or exchange of the products unless they are defective. All defective products will be replaced at the discretion of Cell Phone Shop.

Payment Method

Payments can only be made through the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners. Orders that are sent in through the post with cash payment, money order, etc. will not be processed and will be returned in due course.

Warranty Information

1. The warranty to the end-user customer provided by the Cell Phone Shop is that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months after the date of purchase by the customer.

2. Their warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:
   
   a. Improper or inadequate maintenance.
   
   b. Misusage and mishandling.
   
   c. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.
   
   d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.

3. Warranty will be treated as void if any:
   
   a. The original shipping invoice is lost or amended.
   
   b. Unauthorized modification.

4. Fault product for claiming replacement should be returned within 3 months with suitable packaging to avoid physical damage.
